Done on plain glass, but first the glass is covered with a chemical which gives it a milkish, frosty texture. Then after wards a dreamy effect shows up when the colors are put on to it. I have used poster colors for this purpose in place of glass paints because white color in them is not bright as the poster colors. The hull of the ship made up of copper and black leads.

Frosted Glass
